BORDEAUX, France – March 4, 2009 - 3D Storm- NewTek Europe, distributor of NewTek products in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), is pleased to announce SISLive chose NewTek TriCaster for the SISCaster, their new mobile production system. SISLive is the largest satellite uplink provider in the UK and in Ireland, as well as the biggest OB (Outside Broadcast) provider. They were sold the TriCaster Broadcast by Jigsaw Systems Ltd, one of NewTek Authorized Resellers in the UK. SISCaster was launched at the Broadcast Video Expo in London in February 2009.
SISCaster is a sophisticated, compact OB production unit. It includes multiple wireless cameras, its own IP uplink and all the tools you usually get in a much bigger OB van. This is for sure the best device for traditional broadcasts and the most perfect solution to launch new products, and cover live events on big screens while simultaneously feeding video, recording and live streaming to the internet.

SISCaster is equipped with NewTek TriCaster BROADCAST™ and its control surfaces LiveControl™ and TimeWarp™. TriCaster BROADCAST™ is the latest NewTek portable live production system. A single operator or a small team can thus produce a live show while switching between as many as six cameras with two VCRs, multi-channel effects and NewTek proprietary LiveSet™ virtual sets. NewTek accessories LiveControl™ and TimeWarp™ extend even further the considerable live production capabilities of TriCaster. LiveControl™ is an optional TriCaster™ switching control surface that provides touch control of each input for more compelling productions with tighter pacing. TimeWarp™ is an external replay controller for the NewTek family of TriCaster™ products.
