September 7th, 2007- NewTek, Inc., worldwide leader in portable live production systems announced its presence at this year's IBC in Amsterdam from September 7-11, Hall 7 stand 102.
NewTek decided to participate again this year to premiere the latest NewTek innovations in terms of live production: TriCaster STUDIO™ and VT[5] Live!™ SDI in Europe.
TriCaster STUDIO™ is the newest addition to the award-winning TriCaster family of live portable switchers. TriCaster STUDIO extends the excitement of live broadcast production via projector, television and Internet with more power and capabilities than ever before. The result is an advanced production studio powerful enough to be utilised in network environments yet still portable and small enough to fit in a backpack. With up to 6 live camera inputs, 2 DDRs (Digital Disk Recorder), multi-channel effects, and NewTek’s proprietary live switching and keying technology, TriCaster STUDIO brings powerful new live virtual set capabilities to an entirely new audience.
With up to 24 live inputs, VT[5] Live!™ offers live switching and web streaming, real-time keying, titling, the world's fastest editing, 2D video painting, 3D modelling and animation. All of this is tightly integrated with everything you need for production, post-production, and graphics. VT delivers all of this, plus unsurpassed video quality with uncompressed component, digital and analogue video with four-channel audio.
NewTek advances the state of live production with SX-SDI™, the newest VT hardware that provides 8 serial digital inputs and outputs. SDI, is a standard for broadcast quality video, capable of transmitting uncompressed digital component video across a single coaxial cable with television facilities, with audio embedded in the same signal. SX-SDI™ is available as an option and part of VT[5] Live!™SDI package.
Meet NewTek and NewTek Europe staff members on stand 7.102, 7-11th September at the RAI Convention Center, Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
