NewTek Europe and VB2S work together to improve LightWave 3D® and Subdo exchange

NewTek Europe and VB2S, are pleased to announce their partnership with the aim of improving the pipeline between their respective 3D products - LightWave 3D and Subdo.
This collaboration will allow the companies to launch a complete professional realtime 3D solution in the near future.
In the 3D modelling market, the demand for realtime 3D creation and publishing is becoming more and more important.
This partnership between the two software companies was born from an identification of this need in the market and their agreement on software development. Each will bring their strengths together to make very simple-to-use and yet powerful 3D solutions at an attractive price.
The goal of this partnership is to optimise the complementary nature of the two programs and to further improve the quality of Subdo's LightWave 3D file loading - namely scenes and objects.
With Subdo, LightWave 3D users can make realtime interactive 3D presentations that can be saved in the PDF3D format or as executables, or shown on the web. All these formats are freely readable in Adobe's multi-platform Acrobat Reader, using the Subdo plug-in for Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox and in the Subdo visualiser.
Combining LightWave 3D and Subdo will give professionals the opportunity to extend their digital production to new users such as marketing services, communications or even in-company training. Product information can be disseminated more easily and more quickly than ever before, both for internal consumption as well as to the public at large.
In addition, Subdo's realtime 3D technology is a perfect companion to animations produced with LightWave 3D.
