purchasers of NewTek's Emmy® Award-winning LightWave
3D® with the latest version of REALVIZ's ImageModeler®

no additional charge. ImageModeler 4.0, a 1200 €
(UK RRP 840 £) suggested retail value, if purchased
separately, is available free with LightWave® [8]

NewTek's LightWave 3D combines a
state-of-the-art photo-realistic renderer with intuitive
and powerful modeling and animation tools. It is used
worldwide as a complete 3D production solution for broadcast
graphics, games, print, web, and visual effects for
film and television. Improved features for [8] include
Soft Body Dynamics, Particle System Tools, and anti-aliasing.
New features for [8] include Hard Body Dynamics, Dope
Track, and Import/Export RIG for reusing and sharing
character animation skeletal rigs.
REALVIZ ImageModeler 4.0 uses advanced
algorithms to extract 3D information from stills to
help measure the 3D space created and construct accurate
3D models with highly realistic textures. The resulting
model can be exported to LightWave's model format. ImageModeler
4.0 provides enhancements including easy 2D/3D integration,
an improved calibration engine, a Texture Mapping Editor,
and the capability to import and export DWG files. New
features to be found in ImageModeler 4.0 include: imported
3D object integration tool, planar and survey point
constraint options, and definable locators for calibration.
