TriCaster TCX850 HD/SD, the newest, award-winning member of the TriCaster family, will be demoed for the first time in France. This 22-channel HD/SD live production switcher comes in a rack mount form factor, with redundant power and removable storage; eight external sources, eight virtual/mix channels; new live HD virtual sets and advanced matte generation; overlay with rotation, positioning and scaling in 3D plus animated effects; HD live streaming; increased media player capabilities, and multi-view monitoring of all input an outputs. The new TriCaster TCXD850 is easy to learn and use, with the flexibility for one person or a small team to deliver HD network-quality video. SATIS visitors will also be able to discover NewTek TriCaster™ Virtual Set Editor (VSE), which enables TriCaster TCXD850 and TriCaster TCXD300 users to customize their live virtual sets.
The 28th edition of SATIS will also be the occasion for NewTek to run demonstrations of LightWave 10™, the next generation of its Emmy® award-winning professional 3D modelling, animation, and rendering software. LightWave™ 10 is the first release of LightWave 3D® to integrate NewTek’s CORE technology with enhanced Modeler and Layout, immersive real-time and game tools, Python-based expressions and scripting, Bullet rigid body dynamics and sophisticated UV mapping capabilities. LightWave 10 benefits artists with unique features not found in any other 3D application, like Viewport Preview Rendering (VPR) and CG hardware enhancements that give you an immediate look at changes to your rendered scenes, and real-time OpenGL views of Ambient Occlusion, Bloom, Stereoscopic Anaglyph and HDRI background images.
