Efficiency
TRBroadcast was assigned to design, deliver and install the system, which was composed by 2 TriCaster 850 switchers and 1 extra for back-up, LC-11 control surface and LiveText. The organizer asked for 2 identical sets and redundancy equipment as the reaction time in case of default was only 10 minutes.
The consulting work of the project started 2 months prior to the inauguration and lasted 3 weeks. The installation at each location took 5 days to be finalized. TRBroadcast was in charge of TriCaster and the cameras installation. Depending on the venue’s configuration, capture was made with 3 to 5 Panasonic pan & tilt cameras. They also set up the internal in-house TV with 5 channels, one of them dedicated to display the Agenda prepared with LiveText. |
